From early identity and confidence to leading your life and work, and into legacy and how you choose to live well over time.

We exist to create meaningful social impact through education, leadership and deeply connected experiences that support girls and women to build their lives and businesses with clarity, wellbeing and purpose, lead with confidence, and contribute with impact over time.

We are on a mission to increase gender equality, expand women’s leadership and economic participation, and foster safer, more respectful workplaces and communities across Australia.

Through our Lioness, Living and Legacy pathways, we are building a future where women are supported not just in moments of change, but across the whole of life.

Lioness

Lioness equips girls with a clear sense of identity, confidence in their strengths and the ability to express themselves with clarity and courage. They leave with practical life skills, stronger peer connections and the confidence to make decisions aligned to who they are, not who they think they should be.

Living

Living supports women to build and lead their lives with intention. Through connection, structured learning and shared experience, women gain clarity, strengthen capability and take action in their work, relationships and wellbeing, resulting in more aligned decisions and tangible progress.

Legacy

Legacy enables women to step into their next phase with purpose and impact. Equipped with the tools, confidence and perspective they have gained, they contribute through mentoring, leadership and community, creating lasting change for others while shaping what comes next for themselves.

Our online program Launchpad continuing the work beyond the room.

Launchpad is the Lionhearted online program that supports women and girls to stay connected to the work overtime. It provides structure, guidance and practical tools that reinforce what is learned through workshops, retreats and experiences. Through Launchpad, learning is not a moment. It becomes part of how women live, lead and grow. It sustains momentum, deepens capability and keeps the connection to the Lionhearted community active and ongoing.

Founded by Jeanette Allom-Hill | LinkedI n, the Lionhearted Foundation was born from a powerful vision to create a community where young girls and women understand and stand in their strengths, speak their truth, lead with courage and live with purpose. Jeanette, a nationally awarded leader, transformation expert and speaker, founded Lionhearted after decades of leading in corporate and government roles, driven by one unshakable belief that girls and women deserve spaces to feel seen, heard and deeply supported as they grow into the most powerful, authentic versions of themselves.

Lionhearted is a lifetime pathway for women.

It is grounded in shared language, strengths based development, real world application and deep community.

Through Lioness, girls are given the tools to understand their strengths, find their voice and build confidence before the world tells them who they should be.

Through Living, women reconnect to themselves, build capability and lead their lives and businesses with clarity, wellbeing and purpose.

Through Legacy, women step into their next phase with intention, contributing through mentoring, leadership and community, shaping what comes next for themselves and others.

Through Launchpad, the learning continues, supporting women and girls to stay connected, apply what they have learned and build capability over time.

Worthy Walks

A monthly ritual of movement and meaning. Join us for a local walk following the seaside path and remembering your worth.

Gather & Graze

An afternoon of slow connection, soulful food, and meaningful conversation. Bring your story, your heart, and your presence.

Coffee Conversations

Start your morning with heart. A casual but meaningful circle over coffee, exploring Lionhearted themes like purpose, courage, leadership, and wellbeing.

Connect Lunch

A vibrant, open table for Lionhearted women to connect, collaborate, and celebrate — held in a private dining room on the Sunshine Coast.

LIONESS

Lioness is where it begins. Our school programs start with young girls, building confidence, courage and connection as the foundation for identity, voice and direction.

As girls approach the end of school, the focus shifts to Vocation. Voice. Vision, supporting them to find direction through strengths, strengthen courage, confidence and connection, and develop the life skills needed to navigate school and beyond.

Our teachers program equips educators with language and tools to reinforce this work in the classroom, creating consistency and impact across the school environment.

Lioness is not a one-off program. It is a connected ecosystem supported through a yearly Conference with inspiring guest speakers, a podcast featuring mentors and role models, an online platform connecting girls across schools, one on one coaching to deepen learning, and the Lioness Magazine sharing real stories, voices and lived experience

LIVING

Living supports women to reconnect to themselves, build capability and lead their lives with intention. It is where wellbeing, purpose, business and life come together in a way that is grounded and sustainable.

There are opportunities to connect through coffees, walks and lunches, creating space for genuine conversation and connection. Workshops provide a unique environment where women gather to uncover their strengths, explore their Ikigai and vision the lives they want to pursue, while practical leadership workshops offer toolkits that work in leading yourself and others.

As the journey continues, it evolves into shared experiences filled with warmth and camaraderie. Living Well days are centred around seasonal food, time in nature and deepening connection. Here, insights are not only shared, but they are also woven into everyday life.

Retreats, both locally and in blue zones around the world, bring women together to learn, reflect and take action in a way that creates real and lasting change.

The Living Circle sits at the centre of this pillar, creating a consistent space for women to stay connected, support each other and remain accountable to what matters most. It is where insight becomes action, and where women build lives that are aligned, considered and their own.

legacy

Legacy supports girls and women to step into their next phase with intention, contribution and connection. It is where experience is shared, wisdom is applied and impact extends beyond self.

Through conferences, we create connected school systems and national communities where learning, guidance and shared experience are accessible across generations.

Scholarships create opportunities for girls who may not otherwise have access, extending the impact of Lionhearted into the next generation. School trips to developing countries broaden perspective, building awareness, gratitude and connection across cultures.

Legacy also supports women to design their Third Act with clarity and purpose, creating space to consider what comes next and how they want to contribute. New models of co living explore connection, community and ageing in a way that is considered and intentional.

This is where leadership becomes contribution, and where women shape what comes next for themselves and for others.

Launchpad

Launchpad is the Lionhearted online program that supports girls and women to stay connected to their learning over time. It provides structure, tools and practical guidance that reinforce what is experienced through workshops, programs and retreats, creating a consistent pathway for growth.

There is access to a weekly newsletter offering reflection and guidance, creating space to pause, think and reconnect to what matters.

The Lionhearted podcast share stories and lived experience, bringing real voices, perspectives and insights into everyday life.

The Lionhearted Magazine sits at the centre of this pillar, bringing together stories, voices and lived experience across Lioness, Living and Legacy, extending impact to a wider audience.

Learning is further supported through access to content, tools and frameworks that can be revisited over time, alongside insights from inspiring guest speakers across our events and conferences.

Together, these create a continuous flow of learning, connection and perspective that supports both personal and professional growth.

Launchpad builds confidence, strengthens capability and supports women to apply what they have learned in a way that is grounded and sustainable across life and business.

How We Give Back

Protect Stream

We’re actively driving culture change in Australian workplaces. Lionhearted was born from our founder’s personal experience of being a whistle-blower in a very senior role and then standing alongside many other senior women facing the same reality. What began as one woman’s act of courage has grown into a movement that has now supported hundreds of women to refuse to walk past behaviours they cannot accept. Through our Protect Stream, we support women navigating bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct—and we’re helping reshape what leadership looks like by advocating for dignity, respect, and accountability.
