Hello, my name is Anna, and I am the owner of Anna Knapton OT. I am an experienced occupational therapist with nearly 20 years of practice on the Sunshine Coast. My strengths are in supporting adults living with chronic conditions to enhance their safety, confidence, and independence in their homes. This is achieved through comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions—including the prescription of equipment and daily living aids, as well as minor and major home modifications and falls prevention education. These interventions aim to maintaining routines and continuing to live with purpose, prevent hospital admission and re-admission to hospital and early entry into residential care. My services are available under CHSP, HCP as I broker services to several HCP and CHSP providers. Wishing , and NDIS funding arrangements.
