Empowering girls and women to

live. lead. & Thrive.

Founded by nationally awarded leader and transformation expert Jeanette Allom-Hill,

The Lionhearted Foundation was born from a simple but powerful belief: that women and girls deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to grow into the fullest version of themselves.

Jeanette is an experienced leader, a qualified teacher, facilitator, and trainer with a deep belief in the power of education to change lives. Across every stage of her career, she has been passionate about creating learning experiences that build confidence, capability, courage, and connection. Lionhearted was created from that same belief: that when women and girls are given the right tools, support, language, and community, they can transform not only their own lives, but the lives of those around them.

What began as one woman’s vision has grown into a connected ecosystem for women and girls across every stage of life. Today, Lionhearted delivers programs, workshops, retreats, leadership experiences, mentoring, community gatherings, and lifelong learning pathways designed to support women to live well, lead well, and create meaningful impact.

Our work is built around three connected pillars.

Lioness supports girls to build identity, confidence, voice, courage, and direction. Through strengths based programs, leadership development, and practical life capability, we help girls understand who they are before the world tells them who to be.

Living supports women in the middle of life, career, business, leadership, motherhood, transition, growth, and reinvention. Through leadership workshops, retreats, wellbeing experiences, conscious conversations, strengths and purpose work, and community connection, women are given space to reconnect to themselves and build lives aligned with who they truly are.

Legacy is about contribution, mentoring, wisdom, and what comes next. It creates opportunities for women to give back, lead others, share their experience, support future generations, and design lives that are grounded, meaningful, and deeply connected.

Launchpad is the thread that connects it all. It is Lionhearted’s ongoing learning and connection platform, bringing together tools, reflection, practical guidance, online learning, newsletters, podcasts, magazines, mentoring, alumni connection, and lived stories from women across the community. It ensures that Lionhearted is not just a moment or an event, but a lifelong pathway for growth and belonging.

Today, Lionhearted is carried by an extraordinary community of women including CEOs, mothers, carers, creatives, entrepreneurs, educators, leaders, and changemakers. Women who have laughed together, cried together, danced together, learned together, healed together, and found courage in each other’s stories.

This is a place where leadership is redefined through humanity, wisdom, courage, and connection.

A place where girls learn to trust their voice.

A place where women rise together.

A place where community becomes an anchor.

A place to build a legacy that matters

Once you join Lionhearted, you are never walking alone again.
